Litens Aftermarket North America, a provider of belt drive products based in Dublin, Ohio, has promoted Matt Maltarich to director of operations.

In his new role, Maltarich will leverage his expertise across sales, engineering and operations to focus on implementing practices that streamline efficiencies for the North American aftermarket.

Maltarich joined Litens in 2014, beginning as an account manager on the OE side, where he worked with major OE clients such as Stellantis (formerly FCA) and General Motors. Since 2019, he has served as business development manager, helping drive the company's aftermarket growth.
